Isa Abdur-Rahman is a community economic development attorney whose practices focus on real estate and business law. He has practiced law in southeast Queens since 2004 and has been actively involved in community redevelopment and foreclosure prevention efforts.

Elizabeth Blaney

Treasurer
Farmers Boulevard Community Development Corp.
Elizabeth Blaney serves as treasurer for Neighborhood Housing Services of Jamaica, Inc. (NHSJ), and she represents NHSJ on the board of Farmers Boulevard CDC. NHSJ was integral from the very inception of Farmers Boulevard CDC, and this linkage hopefully will enable the organizations to accomplish certain common purposes in the community.

Esther Findlay

Esther Findlay serves as an officer of the Ilion Area Black Association Inc., (IABA) which is comprised of residents of St. Albans in the neighborhood bounded by Farmers Boulevard on the east and Dunkirk Street on the west.

Saywalah Kesselly

Saywalay Kesselly is the founder and Executive Director of the African Center for Community Empowerment, which was created with the mission of empowering the youth of our community.
